Joe Nicholls Forecast for Tuesday, May 29, 2018

Joe Nicholls

The back edge of this low pressure extends back into northern Utah, so I expect to see more showers and thunderstorms over the area today. The drier air is trying to move into the area tomorrow, but still a couple of thunderstorms possible. A cold front moving into the Pacific Northwest today and tomorrow could bring some breezy winds by Thursday and Friday with a slight chance of an isolated thunderstorm on Friday. Right now, the weekend is looking really nice!

Joe is calling for a Low chance of Thunderstorms from 9 am to Noon; a Moderate chance from Noon to 6 pm followed by a Low chance from then to 8 pm.

Today-A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 10 am and 5 pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 64. Light and variable wind becoming west 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.

Tonight-A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 7 pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 39. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Wednesday-A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly sunny, with a high near 75. Light and variable wind becoming west 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.

Wednesday Night-A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 9 pm. Partly cloudy, with a low around 40. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light and variable in the evening.

Thursday-Mostly sunny, with a high near 79. East southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming southwest in the afternoon.
