The low pressure is in the process of developing over northwest Utah with a little moisture and instability into the area today bringing a chance of a couple of showers and thunderstorms. The flow shifts to more southerly tomorrow, so less of a chance of a thunderstorm, but more of an increase on Sunday with a piece of the low pressure moving across the area.

Joe says: A low chance of thunderstorms from Noon to 8 pm today.

Today-Isolated showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 71. Southwest wind 5 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Tonight-Mostly cloudy, with a low around 40. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming east southeast in the evening.

Saturday-Partly sunny, with a high near 68. South southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming southwest in the afternoon.

Saturday Night-Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming east southeast after midnight.

Sunday-A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 64. East southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west southwest in the afternoon.

Sunday Night-A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 9 pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 37.

Monday=Partly sunny, with a high near 66.
