Joe Nicholls and NOAA forecast for Monday, September 26, 2017

Joe Nicholls

A little drier air mass over the area today and tomorrow, but a weak area of low pressure aloft will be developing over Arizona, and this will bring moisture northward into the area as early as later Wednesday, but for sure Thursday and Friday. So, I've increased the chance of precipitation on those two days.

NOAA - Steamboat Springs

Today - Mostly sunny, with a high near 50. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Tonight - Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming clear, with a low around 32. West northwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Tuesday Night - Mostly clear, with a low around 33. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Wednesday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 65. Calm wind becoming west northwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.

On this date in 1966, the smallest New York Yankee stadium crowd ever recorded (at 413) saw the White Soxs win 4-1.
