A weak low pressure is moving across Nevada and into Utah, then into our area today and tomorrow. We'll see an increase in showers and thunderstorms this afternoon, and especially on Saturday, so I've increased the chances and amounts. The steering current next week is really weak, so once the moisture moves into the area, it's difficult to dry the air mass, so I'll keep a low chance of a couple of afternoon and evening thunderstorms in the forecast.

Another nice weather day, but we'll see an increase in moist, unstable air tomorrow through the weekend resulting in a scattering of mainly afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Our temperatures will be cooler over the weekend, but warm back closer to normal early next week.

The low is moving from Nevada into Oregon; our moisture values will decrease today and tomorrow with the air mass becoming a little more stable. By Friday through the weekend, the low pressure moving into California this morning will be moving into our area bringing an increase in showers and thunderstorms.
